PRODUCT

All the products are handmade, and it may vary slightly in color and size.

For the products made by yarn, do not pull the product hardly, it may cause the yarn to fall off.

If you leave a stain, wipe clean with a damp cloth or clean it using water and a soft brush with some shampoo or wool detergent.

If the product has dust on it, just give it a shake gently.

CARE

Here are some tips to help you care for your fabric products.

Silk

Dryclean only or handwash carefully with silk friendly detergent and dry in shade. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Can use warm iron.

Cotton

Drywashable, machine washable. Line or tumble dry, can use warm or hot iron.

Linen

Cool handwash orgentle machine wash, wash colors separately. Do not wring. Tumble dry on cool setting or dry in shade. Use warm or hot iron.

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped with a tracking number by Sendle or Australian Post from Melbourne. Please allow Australian order about 5-7 business days, international orders around 14 business days from dispatch for your package to get to you.

CUSTOM TAX & DUTIES

Custom tax and duties may incur on international order. Craft Diary do not cover the cost of tax and custom charges sent from Australia.

RETURNS

All items are non-refundable unless damaged. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order to be issued a replacement or refund.
